Babs is a recognized entertaining expert who turned her lifelong passion into a thriving business. After 25 years in the corporate world, she launched Babs Boards in 2021, quickly gaining recognition for her expertise in charcuterie, hosting, and cooking.

She has taught over 250 charcuterie, cooking and grilling classes, led a workshop at Wrigley Field, and appeared on WGN, Fox, and CBS in both Chicago and Charleston. With Girls Who Grill, she’s inspiring more women to gain confidence at the grill, while her engaging cooking demos and approachable style make entertaining effortless.

Babs made her QVC debut in 2025 on the national stage, sharing her passion for great food and simple hosting solutions. Babs has co-authored Slaying Chicago, which is an Amazon bestseller.

Babs loves to teach, inspire, and help others bring people together with unforgettable gatherings. She splits her time between Chicago and South Carolina.
